Zertifizierungs-Schulung für den Professional Scrum Master (PSM) mit Ken Schwaber

Profitieren Sie von den Erfahrungen von Ken Schwaber, einer der Mitbegründer von Scrum und lernen Sie wie Sie mit dem Scrum Framework erfolgreich Projekte durchführen. Durch sein Wissen werden Sie verstehen, wie sie mit Scrum komplexe Probleme lösen und zu besseren Ergebnissen kommen - also bessere Software in kürzerer Zeit entwickeln können.
Es geht in dem Scrum Training unter anderem um Einführungsstrategien und Grundlagen – Kernpunkt sind jedoch umfangreiche anspruchsvolle Scrum Projekte und wie diese erfolgreich bestritten werden können. Thematisiert werden hier Fallstricke und Schwierigkeiten bzw. deren Lösungen rund um Scrum.

Im Anschluss an diesen Scrum Kurs haben die Teilnehmer alle nötigen Informationen um die Online Prüfung der Scrum.org zum Professional Scrum Master abzuschließen. Die Prüfung ist in englischer Sprache. Die Gebühren für die Prüfung sind bereits im Kurspreis enthalten. Sie kann innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach Kursende abgelegt werden.

• Scrum basics – what is Scrum and how has it evolved?
• Scrum theory: why does Scrum work and what are the first principles? - How are these different from more traditional approaches and what is the impact?
• Scrum framework and meetings: - How Scrum theory is implemented using time-boxes, roles, rules, and artifacts. - How can these be used most effectively and how can they fall apart?
• Scrum and Change: - Scrum is different. What does this mean to my project and my organization? - How do I best adopt Scrum given the change that is expected? -
• Scrum and Total Cost of Ownership – A system isn’t just developed. It is also sustained, maintained and enhanced. - How is the overall cost of this Total Cost of Ownership measured and optimized?
• Scrum Teams – Are self-organizing and cross-functional. This is different from traditional development groups. How do we start with Scrum teams and how do we ensure their success?
• Scrum Planning – Plan a project and estimate its cost and completion date.
• Predictability, Risk Management, and Reporting – Scrum is empirical. How can predictions be made, risk be controlled, and progress be tracked using Scrum.
• Scaling Scrum – Scrum works great with one team. It also works better than anything else for projects or product releases that involve hundreds and thousands of globally dispersed team members. How is scaling best accomplished using Scrum?

Der Kurs richtet sich speziell an Scrum Master und erfahrene Praktiker die Scrum-Projekte in Organisationen initiieren, führen oder mittragen möchten. Das Seminar eignet sich aber auch für alle, deren Rolle die kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines Entwicklungs-Teams beinhaltet. Wenn Sie für die erfolgreiche Anwendung und/oder Einführung von Scrum in einem Projekt oder einem Unternehmen verantwortlich sind, dann ist dieser Kurs die richtige Wahl.

Als Vorbereitung auf den Kurs empfehlen wir den „Scrum Guide“ (http://www.scrum.org/Scrum-Guide) von Ken Schwaber und Jeff Sutherland zu lesen.
