„Ich habe den Kurs zum Professional Scrum Master 1 besucht und kann nur jede/n, der/die Interesse an der Thematik hat, dazu ermuntern den Kurs zu besuchen.
Ich selbst hatte bisher kaum Berührungspunkte mit Scrum. Im Kurs bekommt man einen sehr guten Überblick über das Framework und die dahinter stehenden Überlegungen. Es werden die einzelnen Rollen, Events, Artefakte und zusätzliche Methoden erläutert. Die Lerninhalte werden auf eine sehr anschauliche und vor allem praxisorientierte Art vermittelt. Der zweite Kurstag taucht tiefer in die Materie ein und bietet auch für bereits erfahrene Teilnehmer/innen Mehwerte. Unsere Trainer Jean Pierre und Götz haben beide sehr viel Erfahrung aus verschiedenen Scrum Teams und schaffen es den Kurs zu jeder Zeit lebhaft und spannend zu gestalten.
